 A simple blue dress paired with orange heels for a Thursday hangout with friends.
This dress may look all plain, but what i love about it is the fact that i can pair it with any shoes and can be styled easily. :) As for the shoes, i love how it can be comfortable and stylish at the same time.

Pink Converse

My first ever Converse sneakers and I love them to bits. I really think that sneakers are a must-have to give our high heels a break. So for my fist look using my converse, i immediately used my laced socks that were insanely small. Because for everyone's information, these were socks for 8-12 yrs old. haha I know, i know, what was i thinking? But they were too cute and lovely, how can i resist? :)

I paired my pink converse with my Aztec printed dress to give that not too girly, and not too sporty look.

Plaid and Boots

I have been a huge fan of boots because of Dad's influence. He has been using boots ever since, and i must admit it never goes out of style, or at least for me and for dad. haha So, when i saw these boots at SM Department Store, it was love at first sight. The intricate crochet details was an eye-catcher, the color was at its perfection, and overall it's simply yummy. Need i say more?

Decided to pair my boots with my vintage Club Monaco satchel bag  to give a matchy-matchy feel with the boots. As for the accessories, toned it down by using the stacked rings i got from SM Dept. Store and of course my trusty Casio digital watch.

I really think one can never go wrong with Plaid + Boots combo. 

So to complete the totality, I chose to use this blue plaid polo and high-waist blue shorts to achieve the ala cowboy look.

Colorful and Carefree

Pink Top with a Peter Pan Bib: SPRUCE

I wore this outfit last week (excluding the heels) when me and my friends went for a stroll at the mall, watched movie and exchanged chitchat all day long. Decided to play with colors to give that young vibe and blissful ambiance. The pink top was another great buy from SPRUCE last December and I must attest they always have the most beautiful range of tops to lust for. Moving on, i was decisive to pair my top with this shorts, with a surprising yellow heart details, to go for the color-blocking trend. I could not resist, the colors were tantalizing to my eyes. :)

 it was drizzling when we shot this, hence the droplets of water on my top.

To neutralize all the busy colors, decided to pair it off with my nude heels, tied my hair up, and i was good to go!

Sperry Top-Sider x Status Magazine

Stumbled upon STATUS Magazine's fb page and saw an ongoing contest. STATUS Magazine partnered with the eminent brand Sperry Top-Sider Philippines for a Summer with Sperry contest. All you'll have to do is to make 3 sets of look showcasing any pair from Sperry Top-Sider in a digital collage. 

When i saw what is up for grabs, 10,000 worth of GC's c/o Sperry Top-Sider, i immediately opened my Polyvore account and started to mix and match with a Sperry Top-Sider pair. Who wouldn't? haha

New In: Primadonna Combat Shoes

Most of you might have seen several bloggers or fashion icons wearing combat boots from brands like Dr.Martens or Caterpillar, sadly they are undoubtedly expensive. But to my surprise Primadonna got these yummy boots that were just perfect! Who wouldn't actually fall in love with these shoes? They are extraordinary, impeccable, affordable and simply fashionable. 

Who said girls can't wear these kind of shoes?

Wore these shoes last Monday and boy, they are comfortable!

This is what i wore yesterday for school. Opted for something girly-sexy and exceedingly different from my outfit last Monday. Actually, the outfit was built around the leatherette bandage skirt that my friends slash business partners gave as a birthday gift *thanks*. Its surface plus the color was exceptional, hence the enthusiasm of using it asap. haha The sheer top was a buy last December at Spruce. How can i resist? Look at its details: the shoulder part and its crispy royal blue color - surprisingly lovely.
Since both the bandage skirt and the sheer top was all plain and simple, i added a quirky feathered necklace to spice it a bit.

  As for the shoes, i was supposed to use my heel-less Aaron's from SO! FAB, but while searching for other choices i stumbled upon Mom's lovely chunky satin heels that was 10+ years old and it was the perfect kicks to complete the outfit's totality.
